Cartoon Caption/Title
Caption/Title is related to design and provides a clear verbal clue about meaning of the cartoon
Caption/Title is related to the design and the topic
Caption/Title is somewhat connected to the design but does not address the topic or vice versa.
Cartoon Design
The design is clear and easy to understand – extra details are included that connect this topic with another or expand upon the basics.
The design is clear and easy to understand; the basic concepts of the topic are there.
The design detracts from the topic--the audience has difficulties understanding the topic or is mislead about the topic.
